FARE

1. When will the revised parking rates take effect?

The revised parking rates will be implemented in two phases:
• Daily Parking: 1 October 2026.
• Monthly Season Pass: 1 November 2026.

2. If I enter the car park before the fare revision date and exit after the fare revision date, which rates will apply?

The revised parking rates will apply if your vehicle exits the car park on or after the effective date of the fare revision.

For example, if you enter the car park before 1 October 2026 and exit on or after 1 October 2026, the revised Daily Parking rates will apply.

Similarly, the revised Monthly Season Pass rates will apply to renewals on or after 1 November 2026.

3. How are parking charges calculated?

Parking charges are calculated based on the following parking periods:
• Daytime: 4:31am – 1:30am
• Overnight: 1:31am – 4.30am

The applicable parking charges depend on the parking location and duration of stay.

4. How much will I be charged if I enter and exit the car park during the daytime period?

Covered Multistorey Car Park

If you park from 7:30 AM on 2 October and exit at 12:40 AM on 3 October, your parking charge will be RM5.

Open Parking Area B & C

If you park from 7:30 AM on 2 October and exit at 12:40 AM on 3 October, your parking charge will be RM4.

This is because your vehicle exited before the overnight period (1:31 AM – 4:30 AM).

5. How much will I be charged if I park at the Covered Multistorey Car Park from 3:00 PM on Day 1 and exit at 11:00 AM on Day 3?

Your parking charge will be RM34.

Breakdown:
• Daytime Rate: RM5
• Overnight Rate (1st Night): RM12
• Subsequent Day Rate: RM17

Note: The Subsequent Day Rate applies once a vehicle remains parked beyond the first overnight period and is charged regardless of the exit time.

6. How much will I be charged if I park at Open Parking Area B or C from 3:00 PM on Day 1 and exit at 11:00 AM on Day 3?

Your parking charge will be RM28.
Breakdown:
• Daytime Rate: RM4
• Overnight Rate (1st Night): RM10
• Subsequent Day Rate: RM14

Note: The Subsequent Day Rate applies once a vehicle remains parked beyond the first overnight period and is charged regardless of the exit time.

TOUCH ‘n GO

7. Can I still pay using a Touch 'n Go card?

Yes, you can still use your Touch 'n Go Card to pay. Just make sure you don’t use the same card to access another car park elsewhere before exiting the first one. Doing this may result in unreadable data on your card, and you won’t be able to exit the first car park.

MONTHLY SEASON PASS

8. What are the Monthly Season Pass rates and when will they take effect?

The revised Monthly Season Pass rates will take effect from 1 November 2026.

• Covered Multistorey Car Park: RM195.
• Open Parking Area A: RM105.

9. How can I apply for a Monthly Season Pass?

Applications can be made at the Parking Management Office located at the Multistorey Car Park during office operating hours.

10. Do you have CCTV surveillance and security personnel at the Salak Tinggi Park & Ride facility?

CCTV cameras are in place at the Multistorey Car Park building and Open Parking Area A. Our on-ground personnel are on duty 24/7 at each car park. Please ensure that you lock your vehicle and remove all valuables.
