4. How do I get to KL Sentral?
   KL Sentral is Kuala Lumpur’s main integrated rail hub and is accessible via MRT, LRT, Monorail, KTM Komuter, buses, e-hailing services and taxis. As several major events are expected to be held during the race weekend in the city, passengers are encouraged to allow extra travel time and plan their journey to KL Sentral in advance.
    
5. How long is the journey between KL Sentral and KLIA T2?
   The journey on KLIA Ekspres between KL Sentral and KLIA T2 takes approximately 33 minutes. Actual travel time may vary due to operational requirements. 
    
6. How do I get to Sepang International Circuit (SIC) after arriving at KLIA T2?
   Passengers may travel between KLIA T2 and Sepang International Circuit (SIC) using the using the official bus service provider at KLIA T2, Transportation Hub (Express Bus Terminal).
    
7. When can I use the pass?
   The pass is valid during the 3-day race period from 2 October 2026 to 4 October 2026 only. All 6 trips must be used within this validity period. Any unused trips will expire after 4 October 2026.
    
8. Which train services are covered by the pass?
   The pass is valid on KLIA Ekspres services only.
    
9. Can I travel to stations other than KL Sentral and KLIA T2?
   Yes. However, if you travel to or from stations outside the designated sector, one full trip entitlement will be deducted from your pass.
    
10. Do I need to reserve a seat before travelling?
    No. KLIA Ekspres operates on a free-seating basis, and seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
     
11. Does the pass include shuttle bus transfers to Sepang International Circuit (SIC)?
    Complimentary shuttle bus transfers between KLIA Terminal 2 (KLIA T2) and Sepang International Circuit (SIC) are provided for race weekend attendees. The shuttle bus service is operated by the official bus service provider. Passengers may board the designated shuttle buses operating between KLIA T2 and SIC during the event period.
     
12. How can I ensure a smoother transfer between KLIA T2 and Sepang International Circuit (SIC)?
    Passengers are encouraged to allow sufficient travel time for their journey between KLIA T2 and SIC, especially during peak race weekend periods when demand may be higher. For a smoother transfer experience, please follow the boarding instructions provided by the official bus service provider and arrive early at the designated boarding point. 15. Is there a child fare?
    The Sepang Race Train Pass is sold at a single Standard Fare. Children below 6 years old travel free when accompanied by a fare-paying adult holding a valid pass. Children aged 6 years and above must purchase a pass at the applicable Standard Fare.
     
16. What should I do if I have issues purchasing the pass online?
    Passengers are advised to contact KLIA Ekspres Customer Service or visit the nearest Ticket Counter for assistance. Purchase availability is subject to the applicable sales period and operating hours.
     
17. Can I share my 6 trips with family or friends?
    No. The Sepang Race Train Pass is non-transferable and is intended for use by a single passenger only. Sharing of trips between multiple passengers is not permitted.
     
18. What happens if I do not use all 6 trips?
    Any unused trips remaining on the pass after 4 October 2026 will expire automatically and cannot be refunded, transferred or exchanged for cash.
     
19. Can I get a refund if I do not use all my trips?
    No. Unused trips are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
     
20. What happens if my ticket is lost, damaged or expires?
    Lost, damaged or expired tickets will not be replaced, refunded or re-issued.
