These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the ERL x Photobook (KLIA Ekspres) photo merchandise campaign (the “Campaign”). By redeeming a Campaign QR code and placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

  1. Campaign period. The Campaign is valid for five (5) months from the launch date, being 15 August 2026, unless extended or ended earlier by Photobook and ERL.
  2. Eligibility. The ERL passengers price is available to KLIA Ekspres and KLIA Transit passengers via the passenger QR code. The Campaign is not open to the general public.
  3. How to redeem. Scan the applicable campaign QR code displayed in the Website T&C section, then browse, personalise, and order through Photobook’s ordering flow. The discounted price is applied at checkout.
  4. Products and pricing. Campaign prices are: 6×6 Photobook — RM 10 and 8×8 Photobook — RM 20. All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  5. No usage limit. There is no limit on the number of times a customer may redeem the Campaign during the Campaign period, subject to access to the applicable QR code.
  6. Not combinable. Campaign prices cannot be combined with any other voucher, discount code, promotion, or offer.
  7. Shipping. Shipping is charged separately and borne by the customer. Orders within Malaysia are delivered within three (3) to five (5) working days. International shipping is available, with the shipping fee varying according to the recipient’s location.
  8. Returns and refunds. Products are personalised and made to order. Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with Photobook’s Return Policy, available at https://www.photobook.com.my/return-policy. Personalised products are non-refundable except where the product is defective or damaged.
  9. Customer service. Photobook is the seller and merchant of record and is solely responsible for order fulfilment, delivery, payment, and all customer enquiries and complaints relating to the products.
  10. Personal data. Customer personal data is collected and processed by Photobook in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and Photobook’s privacy policy.
  11. Amendment or withdrawal. Photobook and ERL reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Campaign, or vary these Terms & Conditions, at any time by reasonable notice, without affecting orders already placed and paid for.
  12. Governing law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
