These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the ERL x Immersify Kuala Lumpur 20% Published Rate offer campaign
(the “Campaign”). By redeeming a campaign offer, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Campaign period: The Campaign is valid from 15 August 2026 to 31 December 2026, unless extended or terminated earlier by Immersify Kuala Lumpur and ERL.
2. Eligibility: The guest price is available to KLIA Ekspres and KLIA Transit passengers. The Campaign is not open to the general public.
3. How to redeem: This offer is applicable for walk-in purchases only. To enjoy the promotion, customers must present a valid ERL ticket at the point of purchase.
4. Discounted categories: Offer categories include General Admission (Adult & Child) for Malaysians and International passengers, including Senior Citizen and Guest with Disabilities. All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
5. No usage limit: There is no limit on the number of times a customer may redeem the offer during the Campaign period.
6. Not combinable: Campaign prices cannot be combined with any other voucher, discount code, promotion, or offer.
7. Personal data: Customer personal data is collected and processed by Immersify Kuala Lumpur in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and KL Tower’s privacy policy.
8. Amendment or withdrawal: Immersify Kuala Lumpur and ERL reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Campaign, or vary these Terms & Conditions, at any time by reasonable notice, without affecting orders already placed and paid for.
9. Governing law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
