These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the ERL x Kuala Lumpur Tower 15% offer campaign
(the “Campaign”). By redeeming a campaign offer, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Campaign period: The Campaign is valid from 15 August 2026 to 31 December 2026, unless extended or terminated earlier by Kuala Lumpur Tower and ERL.
2. Eligibility: The guest price is available to KLIA Ekspres and KLIA Transit passengers. The Campaign is not open to the general public.
3. How to redeem: This offer is applicable for walk-in purchases only. To enjoy the promotion, customers must present a valid ERL ticket at the point of purchase.
4. Discounted categories: Offer categories include Sky Terrace (Adult & Child) for Malaysians and International passengers. All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
5. No usage limit: There is no limit on the number of times a customer may redeem the offer during the Campaign period.
6. Not combinable: Campaign prices cannot be combined with any other voucher, discount code, promotion, or offer.
7. Personal data: Customer personal data is collected and processed by KL Tower in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and KL Tower’s privacy policy.
8. Amendment or withdrawal: Kuala Lumpur Tower and ERL reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Campaign, or vary these Terms & Conditions, at any time by reasonable notice, without affecting orders already placed and paid for.
9. Governing law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
