Offer and Campaign Period

• Revised sales and travel period: From 29 April 2022 to 31 December 2022
• The offer is exclusive for Malaysians who are flying through KLIA or KLIA2 to or from any domestic destination/origin.
• The RM10 discount is applicable for selected ticket types purchased online (KLIA Ekspres app and website) or at the ticket counter, with proof of MyKad/MyKid and domestic flight ticket for each passenger.
• Each passenger is limited to a one-time discount of RM10 throughout the campaign period.
• This offer is valid for travel between KLIA/KLIA2 and KL Sentral on the KLIA Ekspres service, or between KLIA/KLIA2 and Bandar Tasik Selatan on the KLIA Transit (from 15 October 2022).
• This offer is limited to the first 24,875 registered customers who purchase the discounted tickets.
• All passengers must register online to be eligible to use the discounted tickets. Non-registered passengers and passengers who do not present their MyKad/MyKid and domestic flight ticket for verification at the ticket counter will be denied boarding.
• Tickets purchased online are valid for travel on the selected travel date. For Standard Single tickets purchased at the counter, they are valid on the purchase date only while Standard Return tickets are valid for 1 month from the purchase date.

Ticketing

1. Customers can purchase the Jom Cuti-Cuti Malaysia tickets through one of the following channels:

• • • KLIA Ekspres app
    • KLIAekspres.com
    • Designated ticket counters at KL Sentral, Bandar Tasik Selatan, KLIA or KLIA2

2. The RM10 discount is applicable for the specified ticket types only.
3. To buy tickets online, key in the travel date and select Jom Cuti-Cuti Malaysia ticket type from the list.
4. Upon successful transaction, you will receive a de-activated e-ticket(s) and link in your e-ticket PDF to register online.
5. For walk-in purchase at the designated ticket counter, customers must register online first using their personal mobile device or the dedicated device provided at the ticket counter. Upon successful registration, customers can proceed to the ticket counter to buy the ticket(s).

Registration and Verification

1. Customers are required to register online before travelling and provide the following information:
   • Full name of each travelling passenger
   • MyKad/MyKid number of each travelling passenger
   • Email address (one address only per transaction)
   • Flight number
   • Flight origin
   • Flight date
   • KLIA Ekspres/KLIA Transit e-Ticket Number (for online purchase)
2. Customers must bring the following documents as proof to the designated ticket counter at KL Sentral, Bandar Tasik Selatan, KLIA or KLIA2 for verification purpose before boarding the train:
   • MyKad/MyKid for each travelling passenger
   • Valid domestic flight ticket(s)
   • KLIA Ekspres/KLIA Transit e-ticket(s) (for online purchase)
3. All Jom Cuti-Cuti Malaysia tickets will only be activated once the documents have been verified by the Ticketing Officer.
4. Express Rail Link (ERL) reserves the right to deny the passenger from boarding the train if the passenger does not meet the eligibility requirements. Ticket(s) are non-refundable.

Other Terms and Conditions

1. No date change, refund or revalidation is allowed for unused trips, wrongly selected travel dates or expired tickets.
2. If the customer is found to be not eligible for this offer, the customer may top up the fare difference to the normal fare in order to use the ticket without the discount.
3. The discount is non-transferable and not applicable to products, fares or packages other than those specified, and cannot be used with other ongoing promotions, discounts or vouchers, unless specified otherwise.
4. The promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or other products or services.
5. This Jom Cuti-Cuti Malaysia Promotion is supported by the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture, and Tourism Malaysia under the Malaysian Government’s Pakej Rangsangan Ekonomi 2.0. All registration data will be submitted to the Government for their records.
6. By participating in this promotion, customers agree to abide by the promotion terms and conditions as prescribed and/or amended by ERL from time to time.
7. ERL reserves the rights to amend, cancel, terminate, or suspend the promotion by providing sufficient notice not less than seven (7) days prior to the date of amendment, cancellation, termination or suspension via its stations, social media and website. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension of the promotion shall not entitle customers who participate in this promotion to any claim or compensation against ERL for any losses or damages whatsoever suffered or incurred as a direct and indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
8. ERL is the sole provider of all train services and ticket fares under this promotion. The ticketing is subject to all applicable laws and regulations, and also to the terms and conditions specified in ERL’s Conditions of Carriage. A copy of ERL’s Conditions of Carriage is available at its ticket counters and on its website www.KLIAekspres.com. By participating in this promotion, users agree to abide by ERL’s prevailing ticket fares and Conditions of Carriage.
9. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia and the courts of Malaysia shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in relation to the promotion or these terms and conditions.
