Digital & Support Services Manager / Assistant Manager

Drive efficient digital operations, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement, while leading business transformation initiatives that enhances organisational performance and innovation. This position will be overseeing and managing 5 - 6 employees.

  1. IT & Digital Systems Management
    • Manage IT infrastructure and support services
    • Ensure system performance, cybersecurity and data protection
    • Oversee IT helpdesk operations and service delivery (SLA-driven)
    • Lead digitalisation and automation initiatives
    • Manage digital platform in the company

 

  1. Quality & Environmental (QE) Management
    • Manage implementation and maintenance of QMS & EMS frameworks
    • Ensure compliance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001)
    • Oversee coordination of internal and external audits, QE performance metrics and drive corrective and preventive actions
    • Build effective stakeholder partnerships to support compliance and continuous improvement

 

  1. Documentation & Document Control
    • Manage document control systems and governance framework
    • Ensure proper document lifecycle: creation, approval, version control and archiving
    • Maintain SOPs, policies, manuals and compliance records
    • Drive digital documentation and paperless initiatives

 

  1. Compliance, Business Transformation and Governance
    • Oversee transformation, digitalisation and governance initiatives to improve efficiency and ensure compliance.
    • Manage projects, risks, and data governance, while supporting audits and working with stakeholders to implement solutions. Monitor progress to strengthen digital capabilities, compliance and overall organisational performance.

The ideal candidate should have:

    • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, IT, Document Management, Quality Management or related field
    • Minimum 10 years’ experience in digital transformation, quality management, document control, governance or related functions.
    • At least 5 years in a managerial and/or people management role
    • Completion of comprehensive leadership training programmes is an added advantage
    • Strong knowledge of IT, QE and Documentation systems
    • Proven experience managing digital platform implementation and enhancement projects, including SharePoint, EDMS and ERP-based systems is an advantage
    • Audit, compliance and risk management expertise
    • Knowledge of data protection, data governance, risk and compliance frameworks
    • Business transformation, process improvement and project management
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Strong leadership and stakeholder management
    • Strong governance and compliance mindset
    • Proactive, structured and result-driven
