We are seeking a seasoned Revenue Management Manager to lead our revenue collection and reconciliation operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader responsible for optimizing our revenue streams, ensuring the accuracy and security of all financial transactions, and driving continuous improvement across our collection systems. This role requires a strong focus on risk management, operational excellence, and team leadership to support the company's financial goals.
Lead and develop the Revenue Collection Management unit, overseeing all aspects of cash and non-cash transactions to achieve revenue collection targets.
Spearhead the optimization of our Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) systems and other revenue channels to improve reconciliation processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Strategically manage and mitigate revenue management risks, ensuring robust internal controls and compliance with financial regulations.
Oversee the preparation and timely submission of internal and external reports, providing key insights and analysis to senior management to inform business decisions.
Direct the reconciliation of all train revenue streams, including ancillary income from retail and other sources, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
Drive continuous improvement by maintaining and updating the company's internal control framework to safeguard assets and ensure the integrity of our financial data.
Working with Finance and non-Finance to support various Group ad hoc requests including business case support, sales initiatives, product development and pricing campaigns.
