  1. These special fares are offered by Express Rail Link Sdn Bhd (ERL), the operator of KLIA Ekspres, specifically for Bank Islam Visa Tabung Haji Debit Card-i.
  2. Offer: Cardmembers are entitled to the following special KLIA Ekspres Standard Single and Return fares for ticket purchases using Bank Islam Visa Tabung Haji Debit Card-i.

  3. Promotion period: These special fares are valid from 1 August 2020 to 31 July 2022.
  4. These special fares are available through the KLIA Ekspres Ticket Counters only.
  5. The offer is applicable on KLIA Ekspres train service between KL Sentral and KLIA or KLIA2 only.
  6. KLIA Ekspres ticket validity:
    • One (1) month from the purchase date for purchase at the ticket counter
  7. No refund is allowed once the transaction is done.
  8. Bank Islam and Express Rail Link Sdn Bhd (ERL) reserve the rights to amend, cancel, terminate, or suspend the campaign by providing sufficient notice not less than fourteen (14) days prior to the date of amendment, cancellation, termination or suspension. The mode of notification could be in writing, via electronic means or display of notices at Bank Islam’s branches and KLIA Ekspres stations, or on Bank Islam’s and ERL’s respective websites and social media platforms. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by Bank Islam and ERL of the promotion shall not entitle the Cardmembers who participate in this promotion to any claim or compensation against Bank Islam and ERL for any losses or damages whatsoever suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
  9. By participating in this promotion, Cardmembers agree to abide by the promotion terms and conditions as prescribed and/or amended by Bank Islam and/or ERL from time to time.
  10. ERL is the sole provider of all train services and ticket fares under this promotion. The ticketing is subject to all applicable laws and regulations, and also to the terms and conditions specified in ERL’s Conditions of Carriage. A copy of ERL’s Conditions of Carriage is available at its ticket counters and on its website By participating in this promotion, Cardmembers agree to abide by ERL’s prevailing ticket fares and Conditions of Carriage.
