1.       This contest is organized by Express Rail Link Sdn. Bhd. hereinafter referred to as The Organiser.

2.       This contest is open to all valid KLIA Ekspres passengers aged 18 years and above, except employees of The Organiser and its subsidiary companies, its associate companies, suppliers / vendors, contractors, advertising agencies, and immediate family members of such employees.

3.       Contestants are eligible to win one (1) prize only for the duration of this contest.  The Winner for each category of prize is selected based on the correct answer to the respective question.  If a contestant correctly answers more than one question, only the prize with the higher value will be awarded.

4.       If there is more than one (1) entry with the correct answer, the subsequent questions with more correct answers will determine the winner.

5.       If there are no correct entries, the next nearest correct entry wins.

6.       Prizes are not redeemable for cash. No transfer or substitution of prizes is permitted except at the sole discretion of The Organiser who reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value without prior notice if the prizes cannot be awarded as described for any reason whatsoever.

7.       All contestants with minimum one (1) KLIA Ekspres Single (Adult) ticket with valid receipt(s) are eligible to win the Daily Prize and Fortnightly Prize (Jakarta bound).

8.       Only contestants with minimum one (1) KLIA Ekspres Return (Adult) ticket or more than one KLIA Ekspres Single (Adult) tickets with valid receipts are eligible to win the Fortnightly Prize (Europe bound) and Monthly Grand Prize.

9.       Contestants may submit any number of entries, but each entry must be submitted using the original entry form and original receipt given upon purchase of KLIA Ekspres ticket(s) at any KLIA Ekspres ticket counter. Entry form can also be obtained at the ticket counter with show of original receipt from the ticket vending machine, or from the authorised Sales Promoter.

10.   All entries must be completed in full. Photocopies of the entry form(s) and/or receipt(s) are not valid.

11.   For purposes of this contest, the periods are defined as follows. A Week is from Monday to Sunday. A Fortnight is two (2) Weeks starting on January 14 & 28, February 11 & 25, March 10, and three (3) Weeks starting on March 24.  A Month is starting on the 14^th of a given month and ends on the 13^th of the following month.

12.   All entry forms must be deposited at any contest drop boxes located at all KLIA Ekspres platforms (KLIA Station and KL Sentral Station). Entry forms sent by hand, dispatch, post or courier will be disqualified.

13.   The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any illegible or incomplete entries, as well as those that do not comply with the Terms & Conditions of the contest.

14.   This contest will run from 14 January 2008 to 13 April 2008. Any entries received after the closing date will not be accepted or entertained.

15.   The Organiser will not be responsible for damaged, misdirected or lost entries. All entries will be deemed to be the property of The Organiser and are non-returnable.

16.   Winners names will only be announced via www.KLIAekspres.com.  Entries received in one calendar week will be announced in the following calendar week. Winners are required to redeem the Daily Prize and Fortnightly Prize at Express Rail Link Sdn. Bhd, Level 2, KL City Air Terminal, KL Sentral Station, 50470, Kuala Lumpur within 60 days from the date of announcement, at winners’ own expense.  Proof of identity (Passport or Malaysian I/C only) is required to redeem any prizes.

17.   The Monthly Grand Prize winners will also be notified by phone. If the winner(s) cannot be contacted on the first call, e.g. no answer, number not in service, number cannot be connected, etc, two (2) more calls will be made within the next twenty four (24) hours after the first call. If the winner(s) still cannot be contacted, The Organiser reserves the right to select the next qualified winner(s) as the Monthly Grand Prize winner(s).

18.   The Monthly Grand Prize winners must attend the prize giving ceremony on a date specified by The Organiser. If the winner(s) would not be able to attend on the specified date, The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify the winner(s), and select the next qualified winner(s) as the Monthly Grand Prize winner(s).

19.   The Organiser reserves the right to photograph and publish and/or use the names, particulars and photographs of the contestants and their entries at any time and in any form, without prior notice, consent or compensation.

20.   The Organiser may change the number of each item inside the contest boxes at any time, and the new number would be applicable only to the entries received after that.

21.   The Organiser reserves the right to cancel / alter the contest without prior notice.

22.   The Organiser reserves the right to use any information or data collected from the personal particulars of participants from the contest entry forms.

23.   The Organiser will not be responsible for any damage, loss and/or injury arising from the use of the prizes.

24.   By participating in this contest, contestants agree to be bound by the contest Terms & Conditions. All decisions made by The Organiser and the panel of judges are binding and final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
