Job Responsibilities

• Audit Ticketing operations via CCTV recordings to ensure strict compliance with procedure.

• Physical checks on ticketing operation documentations.

• Physical audit of counter staff during operations.

• Issuing of summons under the Service Standards Compliance Scheme (SV1) for incidents of non-compliance.

• Review Ticketing procedures to improve control aspects.

 

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

• Age between 23-35 years old

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English

• Sound analytical skills, good planning, organizing and presentation skills and ability to negotiate with all levels

• Good interpersonal skills, innovative and creative

• Drive, determination and self assuredness

• Ability to work independently, performance driven and beyond contractual working hours

• Ability to handle Microsoft Office & Windows 2000 and able to adopt to an IT oriented environment are essential

• At least 2 year's of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Accounting (Audit) or equivalent.
