 VIP Service - Terms and Conditions

 

 

  1. Package Description & Fare
    Service coverage consists of journey between KLIA MTB and the pre-booked drop-off/pick-up location, via KL City Air Terminal (KL Sentral).

       i. Inbound (KLIA -> KL Sentral -> Drop-off location) 

    • Meet & Greet by VIP Service Representative upon arrival at Baggage Reclaim Hall at Level 3, Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) Main Terminal Building (MTB).
    • Free porter service from baggage carousel to KLIA Ekspres train platform at Level 1, KLIA MTB, escort guest onboard KLIA Ekspres and to the limousine upon arrival at KL Sentral.
    • One-way ride on KLIA Ekspres from KLIA to KL Sentral.
    • One-way ride in an Executive Limousine between KL Sentral and pre-booked destination.

       ii. Outbound (Pick-up location -> KL Sentral -> KLIA

    • One-way ride on an Executive Limousine between pick-up location and KL Sentral.
    • Meet & Greet by VIP Service Representative upon arrival at KL Sentral.
    • Free porter service from KLIA Ekspres Departure Hall to Check-in counter at Level 5, KLIA.
    • One-way ride on KLIA Ekspres between KL Sentral and KLIA.

       iii.  Zone 1 – KL city centre, Zone 2 – Beyond city centre to major suburbs (refer to our website at www.VIPservice.com.my or www.KLIAekspres.com for location zones or call Hotline number at +603 2278 9009 (0600hrs-2330hrs daily local time).

       iv. Maximum 4 passengers per limousine. For comfort, passengers are best limited to 2 per limousine.

       v. Not available from/to Low-Cost Carrier Terminal (LCCT) Building.

  1.  Insurance Policy
  • The limousine service is provided by a reputable outsourced supplier, who will procure and maintain insurance policies for the vehicles from a licensed insurance company, with copies of the insurance policies to be deposited with Express Rail Link Sdn Bhd for record.  
     
  1.  Online Reservation With Payment

    i. Reservation must be made through online at www.KLIAekspres.com or www.VIPservice.com.my

    ii. Must be made at least 24 hours prior to the Appointed Time; reservation made less than 24 hours will not be accepted. Appointed Time defined as:

    • Inbound - Flight arrival time 
    • Outbound - Pick-up time

    iii. Online reservation must be made using the registered ID

    iv. Payment for all bookings must be made immediately online (VISA & MASTERCARD only).

    v. Reservation confirmation will be received through user registered email address.

  1.  Changes & Cancellation

    i. Online

    • At least 24 hours prior to the Appointed Time; changes or cancellation made less than 24 hours will not be accepted

    ii. Full refund for cancellation within the stipulated time.

  1.  No Show - Inbound

    i. Counter operation hours - 0600hrs-2330hrs daily local time.
     

      No Show - Full charges apply
      Flight Delay  - If new arrival time is within counter operation hours, booking will be auto rescheduled.
      - If new arrival is after counter operation hours, booking will be cancelled and no charges apply.
      Flight Cancelled - Booking will be cancelled and no charges apply.
  1.  No Show - Outbound

    i. When the limousine arrives at the requested pick-up time and the passenger is not available, it is considered a NO-SHOW, and the full charges will apply. Maximum 15 minutes waiting time from the Appointed Time.

    ii. If the limousine is not at the location 5 minutes later than the stipulated pick-up Appointed Time, a full refund will apply if the passenger consequently uses another mode of transportation.

  1.  Limousine’s Fulfillment & Requirement

    i. KLIA Ekspres journey time is 28 minutes. Limousine journey time is approximately 15 to 20 minutes in smooth traffic conditions to city centre. Additional time may be required for heavy traffic conditions, for checking-in at KL Sentral and for intervals between train departures. It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure that there is sufficient transfer time to avoid missing his/her flight.

    ii. All luggages must fit within the limousine luggage compartment. Express Rail Link Sdn Bhd is not responsible for carrying any excess luggage. If an additional vehicle is required to carry the excess luggage, the applicable charges for the vehicle will be imposed.
