 Message from CEO

"At ERLSB, we look at service in a wholesome manner. Every employee is a service
provider, regardless of whether he maintains the trains, monitors the cleanliness
of our premises or serves customers as a frontliner."

Pn. Noormah Mohd Noor - CEO, Express Rail Link Sdn Bhd -

The KLIA Ekspres and KLIA Transit services bring a new face and concept altogether to rail transportation in Malaysia. With this transformation in the travel lifestyle of commuters, come elements of service that is more than a notch higher than the rest.

"In many respects, you can view this as a paradigm shift. We are moving up to the same status as developed cities such as London, Oslo, Stockholm and Hong Kong that already had similar high speed rail links like what we are introducing."

"Our edge lies in the fact that we are the new kids on the block. We have learnt from the experience of our predecessors, the standards they practice, the facilities and services they offer and the environment they have created. This has allowed us to pitch ourselves on par, where the good services or else raise our standards where possible."

The facilities and services are up to "international" scratch, to say the least. Much thought and planning has gone into the entire alignment of a seamless and efficient travel experience, especially for the KLIA Ekspres service. Add to this the genuine warmth and friendliness of Malaysian, and you have an all-round winner.

Travel time between the city and KLIA is just 28 minutes, a speed unmatched by other means of surface transport currently available. The service frequency (at 15-minutes interval from either points) allow commuters to plan and manage their time more accurately, "A definite plus points for busy business people."

Travellers departing from KL CAT can check-in for their flight and check their baggage through as well. They are then free to walk around, have a meal or do some shopping either before they depart from KL Sentral or upon arrival at KLIA.
