• To increase the company’s total sales and market share through effective marketing and sales management.
• To ensure all sales and distribution objectives are implemented according to business directions.
• To cultivate strong relationship with the company’s business partners and sales channels to ensure effective and efficient business operations
• To manage and develop sales accounts in order to achieve sales targets set by the company.
• To organize and execute sales campaigns, marketing plans and sales programs.
• To conduct analysis and generate reports of marketing and sales activities for the management.
• To prepare yearly marketing plans and budgets

Job Requirements

• Posses Degree in Marketing or in any discipline equivalent to professional qualifications.

• Age between 30 to 40 years.

• Minimum 5 year’s sales experience, preferably in the travel industry

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.

• Sound analytical, organizing and planning skills.

• Good interpersonal skills, innovative, creative and achievement oriented.

• Drive, determination and confidence.

• Sound leadership quality and posses vast experience in similar capacity (i.e. managerial level).

• Ability to work independently.

• Capable to handle Microsoft Office and Windows 2000/XP as well as used to IT oriented working environment.

• Possess valid driving license
