Who are the participants of this KLIA Transport Survey?
Airport passenger who are arriving at KLIA to catch a flight. Survey forms are distributed specifically to single passenger who arrive through private cars, taxis & limosines that are arriving at drop off zone at KLIA departure area, Level 5


I received a KLIA Transport Survey from a survey ambassador, how do I redeem my KLIA Ekspres ticket?
To redeem, participants need to complete the survey form and to present it at designated KLIA Ekspres counter


When should I redeem my KLIA Ekspres Complimentary Ticket?
All complimentary ticket issued have a usage validity within 1 hour only. Participants are advised to redeem their complimentary ticket at the time of travel


I will only be travelling next year, can I redeem my complimentary ticket first to be use later?
All redemption and complimentary travel trip must be made before 31st July 2008


Can my redeemed complimentary ticket be transfered for another person usage?
Redeemed ticket is not allowed to be transfer to another person as this is specifically for the survey participants to experience our service. This is also the reason why proof of identity is required at the point of redemption


Do I need to pay anything for the ticket redemption?
Participants do not need to pay anything for their ticket redemption


Can I redeem for a complimentary ticket to travel on a journey from KL Sentral to KLIA?
Redeemed ticket can be used the journey from KLIA to KL Sentral or KL Sentral to KLIA on KLIA Ekspres


I have left a question on the survey form unanswered because I would not like to disclose that information. Can I still redeem my complimentary ticket?
To participate in this survey, all particulars and questions must be answered accordingly for the entitlement of this ticket. Uncompleted or partially completed survey forms will not be accepted


Terms & Conditions

• Each completed survey form is redeemable for one Adult Single Trip ticket on KLIA Ekspres only
• Only the person named on the survey form is entitled to redeem the ticket. Proof of identity is required (passport, MyKad or photo ID)
• Any alterations to the name on the survey form will invalidate the survey form
• This survey form is not a ticket & has no cash value
• Uncompleted or partially completed survey forms will not be accepted
• Tickets must be redeemed by 31st July 2008. Strictly no redemptions after closing date
• Redemption is available only at the following KLIA Ekspres counters:
- KLIA: platform
- KL Sentral: Departure & Arrival
• Tickets must be used for travel immediately upon redemption
• Tickets are not allowed to be transferred to another person
• No refunds, revalidations or request for re-issuance of expired tickets will be entertained
• Train schedules are subject to change without prior notice
• Express Rail Link Sdn Bhd reserves the right to use any information collected from the redeemed survey forms
• By participating in this survey, participants agree to be bound by the Survey Terms & Conditions and the Conditions of Carriage
